we don't see think snowflakes over sandy point. the air is dry and the initial band of snow trying to come in is probably evaporating before it hits the ground. eventually we will see it. there is the live view. no snow yet around the bay. let's look at the radar to see what is going on. circle the city here. everything you see echo-wise would be snow. most of it is up in the air and some of the darker bands in carroll county and down here in howard county reaching toward the bay, some of the snow may be coming down as flurries but it is the initial piece of the storm that is edging in right now. it will be hard to get there to come down to the ground until the air becomes a little more saturated. as we go through the afternoon we will see more of this and it will turn a darker green and we will start to see snow hit the ground and collect. the other factor in our weather has been temperatures. we have been way, way cold. high temperature the past week have been way below average. normal high is 41 or 42. we have a trend here as we
